Stress is an essential mechanism for our body. It activates our instincts to either fight or flight when we are under threat. If the stress turns into ongoing state it can lead to anxiety and depression that doesn’t go away.
December may feel stressful without opportunities to accept invitations from family and friends. If you are feeling lonely there are places to see, things to do and events to attend.
Arôme was intimate and exotic. A suitable place to have a dinner with family and friends in a celebratory occasion. I felt a bit adventurous and gave the chef free hands.
It is nice to out for movies, restaurant and hiking. Sometimes it is also nice to just stay at home, watch Netflix and cook some food that gives you a hug.
This was the most luxurious restaurant night. It was more than just a dinner, it was magic. A culinary experience that I’ll never forget.
It’s funny how being abroad can create a tendency to start missing things you didn’t really care about before. Like, Finnish doughnuts.
